Comming from Poznan 
Take the A2 direction Warsaw. Swarzedz is located in the neighbourhood of Poznan on the way to Warsaw.

In Swarzedz turn left next to the supermarket "Lidl", then take the first street on the right (Wrzesinska street). At the end of that street turn left (the road is situated parallel to the A2). 500 m further you will see "Brachot-Hermant Polska" on your left.
