Production

Brachot France is looking for a Production Manager.

Responsibilities

Production

  • Plan and manage efficient and profitable production, taking into account the load/capacity balance;

  • Distribute the team, the roles and tasks of each person, and the achievable objectives by department;

  • Controlling production processes, ensuring that tooling is operational in collaboration with the maintenance team and, if necessary, adjusting machines; Working closely with the maintenance manager;

  • Work closely with the maintenance manager to ensure that preventive and corrective maintenance runs smoothly;

  • To supply quality products on time in order to satisfy customers and win their loyalty;

  • Escalate treatments or problems in the field.

Team management

  • Directing team leaders on a daily basis and ensuring that production AICs are properly in place.

HSE

  • Ensuring the safety of employees, equipment and facilities;

  • Ensures that the plant complies with safety standards;

  • Keep the site clean and tidy;

  • all in collaboration with the HSE Manager for France.

Human Resources

  • Manage human resources in collaboration with the Human Resources department (recruitment, training, conflict management, etc.).

General

  • Manage budgets and control costs to maximise profits;

  • Develop strategic plans for the plant to align with corporate objectives;

  • Working with and reporting to the Group Production Manager;

  • Production and cost reporting to the Group Production Manager and management;

  • Liaison between the various departments on site.

Profile

  • Experience (10 years) of organisation and optimisation in a production environment;

  • Good communicator with excellent interpersonal skills;

  • Experience in people management;

  • Good knowledge of English;

  • Knowledge of Navision is an asset;
