Job Responsibilities:
You will join an active and diverse team of internal salespeople;
You are the first contact for our outside sales and you are responsible for preparing quotations, reading specifications and processing orders;
You are in direct contact with your customers, both by phone and e-mail, and support them with orders, questions and complaints and keep the responsible field salesperson informed at all times;
You proactively approach your customer portfolio with new products and promotions;
After training, you will be responsible for supporting your colleagues in the calculation of quotations;
Once you have sufficiently mastered the material you will support the sales manager as far as the inside sales department Harelbeke is concerned, such as approval of special prices and projects.
Profile:
You have a bachelor working and thinking level;
You are fluent in Dutch, French and English;
You are an assertive and communicative personality who is customer-oriented;
You have administrative skills;
You have a hands-on mentality;
You are flexible, and occasional Saturday work is not an issue.
