Temporary receptionist




For our site in Harelbeke we're looking for a temporary receptionist (maternity replacement).

Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers/suppliers and individuals;

  • Managing all incoming and outgoing telephones in Dutch, French and English;

  • Agenda management of appointments and reservations for the showroom in the online reservation system and notifying account managers of scheduled visits;

  • Providing administrative support to the inside sales department, marketing and management;

  • Taking care of all incoming and outgoing mail (letters, packages, etc...);

  • Ensuring the order and cleanliness of the meeting rooms, showroom and reception area.


  • You obtained at least an A2 diploma and have a first experience as a receptionist in a company;

  • Strong administrative skills and solid knowledge of the MS Office package;

  • Knowledge of Navision is a plus;

  • You communicate fluently in Dutch, French and English;

  • You are hands-on, customer friendly, accurate and sociable.
