Transportplanner

Welcoming drivers (national & international) arriving with deliveries of natural stone (containers with slabs and blocks of natural stone) and showing them around the site;

Welcoming customers who come to pick up orders, informing the warehouse and administrative handling upon arrival and departure of the customer;

Processing the various transport documents in our ERP package (Dynamics Navision);

Guiding own drivers and providing them with the necessary documents in the morning and evening;

Drawing up the route planning of all internal transport for the following day(s) (organising deliveries and pick-ups from customers), close consultation with the logistics manager;

Contact with all transporters and subcontractors (national and international);

Transparent and smooth information flow to customers and to the various internal departments.

You followed a relevant education within logistics;

You preferably have experience in planning different types of transport;

You are familiar with the legislation on road transport (driving and resting times) and have a good knowledge of the Benelux geography + France and Germany;

You have strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus;

You are service-oriented and work in an orderly and structured way.
