Brachot is looking to extend the sales team in UK with a dedicated sales representative specialised in landscaping. Your key roll, sell agreed products from the company’s product portfolio to architects, developers, contractors, and local authorities. To project manage landscaping opportunities through all project stages. Communicating with all relevant decision makers from initial enquiry to product delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Become a brand and company ambassador;

  • Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities, while maintaining customer relationships with existing client portfolio;

  • Develop relationships with internal & external customers and suppliers;

  • Meet and exceed profitabilty KPIs and sales targets;

  • Work collaboratively with and respond promptly to all departments within the business;

  • A helicopter view with can-do blue sky thinking;

  • Gain deep knowledge of business product offering and value proposition;

  • Comply with all KPIs and minimum standards set by the company;

  • Produce call reports managed through our business database;

  • Follow company policies, values and culture;

  • Assist credit control to manage customer accounts within company procedures;

  • Any other duties deemed by the management to be in interest of the company in achieving its objectivities.

Requirements:

  • Proven relevant sales experience;

  • Full clean driving licence;

  • Must be able to communicate effectively at all levels;

  • Ability to work as an individual and as part of a team;

  • Perform under pressure and make correct decisions;

  • Strong commercial awareness and project management skills;

  • A confident and determined approach;

  • A high degree of self-motivation and drive;

  • Organised with good time management skills;

  • Ability to build and maintain positive internal and external relationships;

  • Willingness to travel across UK for 80% of the time.

Desirable:

  • Landscaping/ Natural Stone Industry knowledge;

  • Experience selling via specification with architects.
