Job Description
Follow up commercial offers from the prescription business, ensuring that they are properly carried out and verified:
Analyze customer needs.
Determine feasibility and potential risks for the company.
Draw up project budget estimates (costing).
Draft commercial offers.
Participate in project defense and negotiation with customers.
Act as an interface between the customer and the company's various departments.
Manage customer relations and provide technical assistance.
Report on work performed.
Immediately report any anomalies to line management.
Participate in internal and external project meetings.
Coordinate responses to calls for tenders, to ensure that complete application files are submitted on time,
Act as a reference for the internal quotation tool: in its use, updating and maintenance, and ensure its regular updating (cleaning of product references, etc.) in liaison with internal departments (logistics, marketing),
Internal relations: Plant manager, Production manager, Team leader, Customers, Suppliers.
- Follow and give instructions and recommendations.
- Understand and adapt to constraints and challenges.
- Seek technical solutions to implement improvements.
- Participate in Production meetings to take stock of what has been done and what needs to be done.
- Implement decisions to ensure that orders run smoothly (priorities, tolerances, etc.),
Profile Wanted
Specific professional knowledge :
- Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Proficiency in costing methods and tools
- Negotiation and communication skills
- Fluent English
