Sales

At Brachot, we create lasting beauty. As an international expert in natural stone, terrazzo, ceramics and quartz composites, we guide customers in choosing materials that stand the test of time. For our showroom, we are looking for a Showroom Advisor who warmly welcomes visitors and expertly guides them through our collections.

Your role at Brachot

As a Showroom Advisor, you are the first point of contact for visitors. You combine strong product knowledge with a refined sense of aesthetics and guide customers through our extensive material collections.

Your responsibilities

  • You welcome customers in our showroom and help them select the right materials for their project.

  • You inform visitors about Brachot materials, with attention to durability and, when relevant, technical feasibility.

  • You place selected materials “on hold” for customers.

  • You collaborate closely with our Internal Sales colleagues to ensure smooth follow‑up of each file.

  • You help maintain order and cleanliness in our showroom.

  • You work 2 to 3 Saturday mornings per month, and you recuperate these hours on a weekday.

  • You support the reception desk during breaks and in the absence of the receptionist.

What you bring

  • Experience in showroom advising, building materials, or a similar role is a strong asset.

  • Affinity with natural stone, engineered stone, ceramic surfaces, interior design or architecture is an advantage, but not required.

  • A customer-oriented attitude and a warm, professional communication style in Dutch, French and English.

  • Strong administrative accuracy and organisational skills.

What you can expect at Brachot

  • A position within a renowned, international family-owned company with a strong reputation for quality and craftsmanship.

  • An inspiring showroom environment where the customer experience is central.

  • Internal training about our materials.

  • A motivated team working together in an open and respectful atmosphere.

  • A 39-hour workweek, including 20 vacation days and 6 ADV (reduction of working hours) days.

  • A competitive salary package consisting of a gross monthly salary between €2,400 and €3,000, depending on your experience, and a range of extra-legal benefits such as meal vouchers, eco vouchers, hospitalisation insurance and group insurance.
