    Honed: The surface of the natural stone is scoured until a warm, matt shine is obtained. The grain used for scouring determines the result obtained. Suitable for countless interior applications.
    Polished: The shiniest and smoothest finish by far, which presents the colours, veins and fossil structures at their most visible and intense. A mirror effect is created in dark shades.

    Moca Contre Passe Extra: Limestone with a Linear Pattern

    Moca Contre Passe Extra, also known as Moca Creme or Moca Crema Suave, is an oolitic limestone from the same quarry as Moca A Passe Extra. Unlike the latter, this stone is sawn perpendicular to the bedding, or "contre-passe". This produces a more streaked, linear pattern on the surface of the slabs, rather than the clouded structure of Moca A Passe Extra. The veins here often run along the height of the slabs.

    In Moca Contre Passe Extra, layers with slightly more fossils may occur. This is characteristic of the material and carries no technical disadvantage. As with Moca A Passe Extra, the Brachot range primarily selects the fine-grained types of Moca Creme.

    Moca Contre Passe Extra stands out for its broader range of applications: unlike Moca A Passe Extra, which is only recommended for interior use, Moca Contre Passe Extra is also suitable for facade cladding, provided slabs are at least 4 cm thick when anchored.

    Moca Contre Passe Extra is also sensitive to moisture: excessive use of water during maintenance should be avoided, and impregnation is strongly recommended in humid or stain-sensitive areas.
