Blue Pearl #1 LG

Blue Pearl, the most famous of the Larvik stones, is characterised by its large blue, pearly crystals, set in a luxurious deep blue stone. The name «Blue Pearl» covers a wide range of materials, with varying colours and qualities. Our range of stones are all of the same high quality, but to make life easier for customers, we have chosen to group them according to colouring, ranging from LG HQ Plus, the darkest of stones, to LG Classic the lighter coloured alternative.

The Blue Pearl #1 LG quarry

Larvik Granite’s Blue Pearl #1 LG stone is sourced from the original Blue Pearl quarry at Tvedalen. Extraction of original Blue Pearl began over 100 years ago and the quarry has been under constant development ever since. In order to improve efficiency, we have chosen to concentrate and increase our Blue Pearl LG production within the existing area, so that our customers can rely on consistent material, with little variation in colouring and structure.
