Pepperino Dark, hard-wearing granite G654 for indoor and outdoor use
Pepperino Dark is a compact diorite with a medium-grey base colour and black mineral concentrations, quarried in Cambodia. The stone has a fine granulometry with no visible pores, which gives it an even, controlled appearance across paving, cladding and stairs. Although geologically a diorite, it is widely traded as granite type G654.
Colour nuances can occur within this material, even within a single batch. This is inherent to the natural origin of the stone and should be accounted for when ordering across formats or delivery rounds.
Pepperino Dark is suitable for both interior and exterior applications: floor, wall and stair coverings, in private homes as well as in collective buildings subject to intensive use. The stone is hard-wearing and performs reliably outdoors, which makes it a frequent choice for patios, driveways and pool surrounds.
It is available in a wide range of formats and finishes: slabs, stairs, tiles, pool surrounds, setts and landscaping elements. A flamed finish gives the surface anti-slip properties for outdoor use.
