Taj Mahal is one of the most sought-after natural stones on the market today. Quarried in the state of Ceará in Brazil, this crystalline quartzite combines the visual warmth of marble with the durability of stone. The soft cream and warm beige tones, crossed by subtle gold and brown veining, make it exceptionally versatile across interior styles and applications.
Technically, Taj Mahal is a dense, hard-wearing quartzite with very low water absorption and excellent acid resistance. It performs where marble would not.
A note on authenticity
Not every stone sold under this name meets the same geological or technical standards. At Brachot, we supply only verified Taj Mahal quartzite with full documentation. If you have any doubt about a material's specifications, ask us.
